FOR NEW PATIENTS: Please be advised that our complimentary consultations are for 15 minutes only. If you wish to receive treatment the same day as your consultation, you must call our office to pay a $100 deposit to reserve the additional time required to do your procedure(s). This policy is necessary when patients no show, it is unfair to the provider and other patients on our waiting list who could have taken that appointment. Deposits are refundable in the event that you have to cancel or reschedule provided that we receive notification 48hr prior to your appointment time. To minimize the risk of infection, we kindly ask you to remove all of your makeup before your arrival.
FOR APPOINTMENTS REQUIRING 30 MIN OR MORE: We require a $100+ Booking Fee for appointments that require 30 minutes or more to ensure compliance with our cancellation and no show policy. This Booking Fee will be applied towards your treatment or refundable as long as we receive notification 48hr prior to your appointment should you have to cancel or reschedule.
