The COVID-19 pandemic has turned life as we know it upside down. When it was first reported in the United States, Liquid Beauty began taking extra precautions such as wearing masks and disinfecting after each patient. During the shut down, we devoted our free time towards developing COVID-19 protocols and preparing for our eventual reopening. We sourced and purchased a no-contact infrared thermometer, plexiglass shields to distance staff from patients, UV sanitation equipment, PPE’s, and cleaning supplies so we would be ready to open safely when the time came. In addition, all staff has attended a mandatory COVID-19 training to prepare for our re-opening.

We want you to know that Liquid Beauty is taking every precaution possible to minimize patient risk while visiting our office. Our goal is to provide the cleanest possible environment for our staff and patients. We ask that all patients read Liquid Beauty’s Covid-19 Precautions and adhere to our guidelines to help us all stay healthy and safe. We thank you in advance for your adherence to these updated policies and look forward to seeing you really soon!

CONCIERGE SERVICE

We are asking all patients to utilize our concierge service so we can minimize interactions during check-in/check-out and limit the number of people in our office at any given time. Please text us when you arrive in our parking lot and wait in your car until we text you that your room is ready.

PLEASE WEAR MASKS

All patients are asked to wear a mask or face/nose covering while in the office for the duration of their visit. You may take it off briefly only if you are receiving treatment of the lips or lower face. Given the ongoing limited availability of PPE, we ask that you provide your own.

STAY HOME IF FEELING SICK

Please be courteous. If you feel ill or sick, please reschedule your appointment.

TEMPERATURE SCREENING

All patients will have their temperature screened at check in with our no-contact infrared thermometer. Staff will be required to check their temperature every morning. Anyone with a fever over 100.4 must leave the office immediately and seek medical care.

PLEXIGLASS SHIELDS FOR BARRIER PROTECTION

We have installed plexiglass shields at the check-in and check-out areas so that staff and patients can maintain a safe distance from each other.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS PREFERRED

As you know, COVID-19 can live on paper for 24 hours, so we ask that patients pay for their services with a credit card to minimize the amount of cash our staff has to handle.

UV LIGHT AIR PURIFIER

Every treatment room and the reception area has an air purifier with a HEPA filter and UV -C light for a deeper sanitation of air circulating in the office.

DISINFECTION PROTOCOL

All contact surfaces in our office will be thoroughly sanitized between patients and every 30 minutes throughout the day.

HAND SANITIZER PROTOCOL

We ask that all patients use the hand sanitizers readily available throughout the office. We will ask that you use it before checking in, before the treatment starts, and after checkout is completed. Staff will wash hands or use hand sanitizer every 30 minutes.

NO OUTSIDE VISITORS

To minimize the amount of people in our office and adhere to social distancing guidelines, we ask that you arrive to your appointment alone. We will no longer allow friends and family into the treatment room. We will make exceptions for patients who must bring their children with them because of lack of childcare.

HEALTH SCREENINGS

All patients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms at check-in. All staff will be screened for fever and symptoms at the beginning of the day. We have instructed staff to not come to work if they are experiencing symptoms. Staff will be required to produce a negative COVID-19 test result in order to return to work.

STAFF COVID-19 TRAINING

All staff has attended an intense COVID-19 training to learn about Liquid Beauty’s new COVID-19 precaution protocols. Your treatment provider will be wearing a N95 mask and a face shield during your treatment for the maximal level of safety. Although part of why we love our jobs is the connection we have with our patients, we will be keeping conversations to a minimum to efficiently get you in and out of the treatment rooms to minimize risk and duration of possible exposure.
