We want you to know that Liquid Beauty is taking every precaution possible to minimize patient risk while visiting our office. Our goal is to provide the cleanest possible environment for our staff and patients. We ask that all patients read Liquid Beauty’s Covid-19 Precautions and adhere to our guidelines to help us all stay healthy and safe. We thank you in advance for your adherence to these updated policies and look forward to seeing you really soon!

STAY HOME IF FEELING SICK

Please be courteous. If you feel ill or sick, please reschedule your appointment.

PLEASE WEAR MASKS

All patients are asked to wear a mask or face/nose covering unless you are fully vaccinated.  You may take it off briefly as advised by the staff.

PLEXIGLASS SHIELDS FOR BARRIER PROTECTION

We have installed plexiglass shields at the check-in and check-out areas so that staff and patients can maintain a safe distance from each other.

UV LIGHT AIR PURIFIER

Every treatment room and the reception area has an air purifier with a HEPA filter and UV -C light for a deeper sanitation of air circulating in the office.

DISINFECTION PROTOCOL

All contact surfaces in our office will be thoroughly sanitized between patients and every 30 minutes throughout the day.

HAND SANITIZER PROTOCOL

We ask that all patients use the hand sanitizers readily available throughout the office. We will ask that you use it before checking in, and after checkout is completed.

NO OUTSIDE VISITORS

To minimize the amount of people in our office and adhere to social distancing guidelines, we ask that you arrive to your appointment alone.

HEALTH SCREENINGS

All patients will be required to sign a COVID-19 consent form to confirm patients do not have any symptoms of COVID-19.  We have instructed staff to not come to work if they are experiencing symptoms. Staff will be required to produce a negative COVID-19 test result in order to return to work.

STAFF COVID-19 TRAINING

All staff has attended an intense COVID-19 training to learn about Liquid Beauty’s COVID-19 precaution protocols.
