PLEASE READ OUR APPOINTMENT POLICY CAREFULLY:

  • FOR NEW PATIENTS: Please be advised that our complimentary consultations are for 15 minutes only. If you wish to receive treatment the same day as your consultation, you must call our office to pay a $100 Booking Fee to reserve the additional time required to do your procedure(s). Deposits are applied towards your treatment balance and are refundable in the event that you have to cancel or reschedule provided that we receive notification 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
  • FOR APPOINTMENTS REQUIRING 30 MIN OR MORE: We require a $100+ Booking Fee for appointments that require 30 minutes or more to reserve adequate time for your treatment. Booking Fees are applied towards your treatment balance and are refundable in the event that you have to cancel or reschedule provided that we receive notification 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel or reschedule, please provide us with 48 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation or no show fee.
  • ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN POLICY: We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time with a clean face with no makeup to minimize risk of infection. Please be advised that we may ask to retake your baseline photos for your medical records because it is important to track changes over time.
